Martha Jalene Walters, 94, of Clinton, IL passed away 6:03 PM July 24, 2026 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington, IL.

Graveside Services will be 10:30 AM, Monday, August 3, 2026 at Dewitt Cemetery, Dewitt, IL with Pastor Nick Blacklidge officiating.  Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the Martha Walters Memorial Fund.

Martha was born June 14, 1932 in Clinton, IL the daughter of Russell and Sarah (Armstrong) Parrott. She married Harrison L. “Buck” Walters April 12, 1952 in Olney, IL. He passed away January 12, 1980.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Sarah Shaw, Clinton, IL; Amanda (Christopher) White, Clinton, IL; and Jenny (Jeff) Thielen, Clinton, IL, six great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Sarah Mae Walters.

Martha loved spending time with her family.
