Letisha M. Larsen, 76, of Maroa, IL passed away 5:17 PM, June 25, 2026 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, IL.

A celebration of Letisha’s life will be 2 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the Maroa Christian Church, Maroa, IL with Scott Marsh officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday 1 - 2 PM at the church. Calvert Funeral Home, Maroa, IL is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the Maroa Christian Church or the Letisha Larsen Memorial Fund.

Letisha was born July 7, 1949 in Phillipsburg, KS the daughter of Loyd and Betty (Davis) Meyer.  She married Larry Eugene Larsen, Sr. on December 14, 1988.  He passed away February 11, 2021

Survivors include her children: Larry (Heather) Larsen, Jr, Decatur, IL, Loyd Peterson , Maroa, IL, Rhonda Larsen, Maroa, IL, Dawn (Scott) Miller, Clinton, IL, James Peterson, Davison, MI, Kimberly (Lefonda) Davis, Fulton, MO, Deana (Kelvin) Jones, St Louis, MO; nineteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, siblings, Royal (Nancy) Woodard, Dix, IL, Linda (Richard) Bielski, Maroa, IL, and Eddie (Madolyn) Meyer, Borden, IN.

Letisha was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Kathy Damm, Wanda Moore, and Barbara Gillenwater.

Letisha was a member of the Maroa Christian Church. She enjoyed traveling, scrapbooking, gardening and sports games. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
