Lincoln -- Ricky L. Langley, 67, of Lincoln passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2026, at his home.
Funeral Services for Mr. Langley will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln with Mr. Brandon Boyd officiating. Burial will follow the service in Holy Cross Cemetery in Lincoln.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Ricky Lynn Langley was born on March 20, 1959, in Lincoln, the son of Richard "Dick" Joseph and Norma Jean Morrow Langley.
He is survived by his children: Ricky Lynn Langley, Jr., Tiffany (Derrylle) Turner, Jeremy Langley, David R. Langley, and Amy (Matthew) Schaefer; eight grandchildren: Killian, Cheyenne, Abigail, Kelsie, Crystal, Aiden, Callie, and Sylvia; one sister: Shawny Langley; and two brothers: Joe Langley and Mark (Linda) Langley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister: Brenda Anderson.
Ricky had been employed by Encompass Grain and Rail Coop and Jacques Seed Corn Company as a truck driver for many years.
He was of the catholic faith. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Lincoln Eagles Airee # 2708 and ABATE. His hobbies included fishing, hunting and drinking and collecting Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer memorabilia.
Memorials may be made to his family to assist with funeral expenses.
