Tracy Ann Flannery, 55, of Clinton, IL passed away 8:28 AM, April 3, 2026 at Audrey Court, Clinton, IL.

Services will be 11 AM Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Pastor Nick Blacklidge officiating.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL.  Visitation will be 10 – 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the Special Olympics.

Tracy was born April 18, 1970 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Jerome Flannery and Shirley (Hampe) Flannery, Folz.

Survivors include her uncle and aunt, William and Frieda Kay Hampe, Aurora, IL; aunt, Phyllis Hampe, Merrillville, IN; cousins; Joseph (Christine) Hampe, Augusta, ME, Patricia (James) Pochron, Crown Point, IN; and long-time companion, Donald Welch, Clinton, IL. 

Tracy was preceded in death by her parents.

Tracy was very involved with and competed in the Special Olympics in her youth winning many medals. She greatly enjoyed bowling and swimming along with being an avid Chicago White Sox fan.
