Johnnie Earl Williams, 85, of Utica, Illinois passed away 9:03 AM, January 29, 2026 at his family residence surrounded by family.

Services will be 12 Noon, Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at First Baptist Church of LaSalle 200 24^th Street LaSalle, Il.  61301 with Pastor Jared Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Peru City Cemetery, Peru, Il. Visitation will be 10 A.M. to 12 Noon. Tuesday. February 3. 2026 at the church. The family has entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Il. with arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church of LaSalle.

Johnnie was born August 5, 1940 in Wayne City, Il. the son of Donald and Vivian (Keen) Williams. He married Patsy Skinner December 11, 1959 in Mt. Vernon, Il.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Williams, Utica, Il.; Children, Larry (Amy) Williams, Peru, Il.; Sandy (Randy) Rice, Clinton, Il.; Grandchildren, Brianna (Nickolas) Deavers, Clinton, Il.; Kelsey (Nathan) Fay, Morton, Il.; Elizabeth Williams, Denver, CO;  Allison (Fiance, Laethen Teel) Williams, Buffalo, Iowa; 7 Great-Grandchildren, Gage Deavers, Sawyer Deavers, Peyton Fay, Alexa Fay; Briggs Deavers; Landon Teel and Layne Teel.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his Parents and Sister, Donna.

Johnnie was a member of the First Baptist Church of LaSalle. Johnnie worked for Todd Uniform, becoming the regional manager over 9 plants and retiring after 33 years of service. After retirement he worked at Ottawa Dental Lab for 12 years. He enjoyed woodworking and volunteering many hours at the church. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
