Elmer B. Clark, Jr. 74 of Clinton, IL passed away 6 P.M. November 22, 2025 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, Peoria, IL.

No services are planned at this time. The family has entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with cremation rites.

Elmer was born September 17, 1951 in Springfield, IL the son of Elmer B. and Elnora (Turney) Clark, Sr. He married Linda Zientara May 1, 2012 in Clinton, IL. 

Survivors include his wife, Linda Clark, Clinton, IL, children, Tracey, Al, and Jessica, along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also surviving are his brother, John Clark, sisters, Geraldine Taylor, Ruth McLemore, and Susan Clark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Elmer B. Clark, III, and sister, Caroline Evans

Elmer had worked at the food bank at the Clinton Nazarene Church before he and Linda started their own food bank, DeWitt County Distribution Center. He was a member of the First Christian Church. He loved music, and enjoyed playing his guitar and drums.
