Winter Ann White, 22 day old baby daughter of Justin White and Courtney Dalton, passed away 7:30 P.M. September 19, 2025 at Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, MO.

Graveside Services will be 11:30 AM, Saturday, September 27, 2025 at DeLand Cemetery, DeLand, IL with Scott Marsh officiating. Visitation will be 10-11 AM, Saturday at Calvert Funeral Home, DeLand, IL.

Memorials may be directed to Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, MO.

Winter was born August 29, 2025 at Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, MO the daughter of Justin White and Courtney Dalton.

Survivors include her parents, Justin White and Courtney Dalton, Decatur, IL; siblings, Violet and Oliver Jamison, Mowequa, IL; maternal grandparents, Frederick and Carmella Dalton, DeLand, IL; paternal grandparents, Nicholas White, Mt. Zion, IL and Stephanie Powers, Decatur, IL; paternal great-grandfather, Danny White, Decatur, IL; paternal great-grandmother, Valerie McGlothlin, Decatur, IL; and paternal great-grandfather, David Powers, Sandy Creek, NY.

Winter was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Karen and Bruce Meyer and Claytus and Hollie Dalton, and paternal great-grandmother, Sharon White.

The family would especially like to thank Children’s Mercy Hospital and the nurses Hillary and Katelyn for their special care.
