Please join us for a Celebration of Life for Lee Walston on Saturday, September 20th at 4:00pm.  The celebration will be at Journey Church in Clinton. 
 
Louis E. "Lee" Walston of Oakley and formerly of Clinton, passed away 9/3/25, in Springfield, the result of an accident.  He was born in Chicago, Illinois 4/16/57, to Louis E. and Carole Neeb Walston.  Lee grew up in Lake Zurich and Clinton with his sisters, Jean Thoennes and Mary Kay Scharf.  

He married Sandra Stephens in 1978; they were married 32 years before her passing.  Together they had 3 children Louis E. “Eric” Walston (Amber), Jennifer Adams (Doug), and Alisha Stephens, all of Clinton.  His children made him a grandpa to 7 grandsons. In 2013, Lee married Cathy Penny and moved to Oakley where he gained a large family of daughters, grandchildren, and in-laws. 

Memorial donations may be made to Clinton HS Special Olympics.
