Services will be 11 AM, Saturday, August 9, 2025 at the Calvert Funeral Home, Argenta, IL with David Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta, IL. Visitation will be 10-11 AM, Saturday at the funeral home. The family requests casual attire.
Memorials may be directed to the E. Dale Wade Memorial Fund.
Dale was born April 20, 1935 in Clinton, IL the son of Marshall and Ethel (Clary) Wade. He married Margie L. Hamblin August 10, 1953 in Normal, IL.
Survivors include his wife, Margie L. Wade, Maroa, IL; children, Edwin “Skip” (Janet) Wade, Maroa, IL; Michael (Kathy) Wade, Maroa, IL; David (Julie) Wade, Maroa, IL; Denise Blake; Middleton, TN; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren;
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, 1 brother, and one grandson.
Dale was a truck driver for most of his life.
