Krystal Annette Polk, 40 of Bloomington, IL passed away 8:41 PM July 19, 2025 at her family home in Bloomington, IL.

Visitation will be 10 AM – 12 Noon, Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL. Private burial will be at Troutman-Polen Cemetery, DeWitt, IL. 

Memorials may be directed to Home Sweet Home Ministries, Bloomington, IL or to an animal shelter of your choice.

Krystal was born July 11, 1985 in Joliet, IL the daughter of William and Lorna (Cullison) Polk. 

Survivors include her parents, William and Lorna Polk, Wilmington, IL, brother, Ryan (Ashley) Polk, Coal City, IL, sister, Ashley (Forrest) Briese, Topeka, IL, nieces & nephews, Blake, Riley, Trevor, Kegan, Lilly and Lorna. Along with several aunts and uncles.

Krystal volunteered at Home Sweet Home Ministries and loved animals and helping families.
