Loretta M. Franceschini, 70, of Clinton, IL passed away 5:58 A.M. February 24, 2025 at the Warner Hospital and Health Services, Clinton, IL.

A Celebration of Loretta’s Life will be held at a later date. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL assisted the family with cremation rites.

Memorials may be directed to the Loretta Franceschini Memorial Fund c/o Crystal Welton.

Loretta was born January 4, 1955 in Lincoln, IL the daughter of Raymond E. and Marie (Bennett) Galbraith.

Survivors include her children: Rhendy Welton, Crystal Welton, and Joni (Craig) Meredith, and Tiffany Welton; grandchildren:  Carlos Dedios, Drew Decker, Brooklyn Ramey, Karmalyta Goode, Silas Meredith, Ruby Meredith, Gage Ferguson, Zoie Ferguson, and Zander Ferguson; great-granddaughter, Adalyn Martin; sisters: Victoria Galbraith and Linda Miller; close friend, Richelle Barger also survives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Johnny Galbraith.

Loretta loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. She loved cooking, painting, dancing, laughing and writing. She had a poem published. We are very proud of her for that. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
