Mary Liddie Carter 80 of Clinton, IL passed away 1:30 PM December 4, 2024 at her family residence, Clinton, IL.

Services will be 2 PM, Friday, December 20, 2024 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Pastor Spencer McPheron and Rev. Richard Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Heyworth Cemetery, Heyworth, IL. Visitation will be 1 -2 PM, Friday at the funeral home.  The family requests casual attire.

Mary was born August 28, 1944 in Streator, IL the daughter of George and Marie (Bender) Frisby. She married Clifford Eugene Carter February 4, 1963 in Trenton, GA. He passed away March 29, 2024.

Survivors include her brother-in-law, Donald Byrd, Heyworth, IL along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved dog, Peppy.

Mary was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle, Heyworth, IL.
