Wilma Jean Willis, 70 of Clinton, IL passed away 10:04 PM December 1, 2024 at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, IL.

Celebration of Life will be 2 – 6 PM Sunday, December 15, 2024 at the Georgia Jill, Clinton, IL. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with cremation rites. 

Memorials may be directed to DOVE of DeWitt County. 

Wilma was born August 12, 1954 in Monticello, IL the daughter of Raymond and Mildred (Primmer) Hunter. She married Terry Lynn Willis May 26, 1973 in Champaign, IL. 

Survivors include her husband, Terry Lynn Willis, Clinton, IL, daughters, Debra Ann (Greg) Bournias, Washington, IL and Katrina Lynn (Clay) Held, Clinton, IL, grandchildren, Madison Valentine, Mackenzie Valentine, and Sabrina Held, siblings, James (Sharon) Hunter, Monticello, IL, Frank (Nola) Hunter, Monticello, IL, Kenny Hunter, Monticello, IL, Donald Hunter, Emmington, IL, Wanda (Larry) Plotner, DeLand, IL, Juanita (Ronald) Philpot, Rock Island, IL and Irene Baker, Savoy, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Walter Hunter.

Wilma was a member and past president of Beta Sigma Phi, and being past president of DeWitt County Garden Club, along with being a past member of the DOVE Board. She had worked in the ICU at John Warner Hospital and at Second Cinema Video for 15 years.
