Richard A. Cisco, 83 of Waynesville, IL passed away 8 PM August 19, 2024 at Carle BroMenn Medical Center, Normal, IL.

Services will be 10 AM, Saturday, August 24, 2024 at the Waynesville Christian Church, Waynesville, IL with Tony Billingsley officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Waynesville, IL. Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Friday, August 23, 2024 at the Waynesville Christian Church. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with arrangements.

Richard was born December 12, 1940 in Waynesville, IL the son of John and Dorothy (Garr) Cisco. He married Ellen Mandrell September 10, 1960 in Waynesville, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen Cisco, Waynesville, IL; daughter, Annette (Ricky) Lamons, Holly Tree, AL; two grandsons, Shane Flener, Mayfield, KY and Jeremy (Maribel) Flener, Lincoln, IL; granddaughter, Amanda Flener, Beaver Dam, KY; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.  

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Cynthia Flener; brother, Larry Cisco; and niece, Anna Cisco.

Richard worked at and retired from Wallace Business Forms in Clinton, IL.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cars, motorcycles, gardening, and his Farmall tractor.  Richard especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
