Carolyn J. Bragg 77 of Clinton, IL passed away 11:41 PM December 30, 2023 at the Warner Hospital & Health Services, Clinton, IL.

Services will be 11 AM, Thursday, January 4, 2024 at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Ernie Harvey, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be 10-11 AM, Thursday at the funeral home. Private burial with Military Honors will be Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Oak Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL.

Memorials may be directed to Carolyn J. Bragg Memorial Fund.

Carolyn was born June 30, 1946 in Decatur, IL the daughter of Chester and Betty (Greenwood) Harrington.

Survivors include her children:  Toni (Jim) Hansen, Decatur, IL; Kenny (Erica) Benoit, Waynesville, IL; Missy Bragg, Clinton, IL; Sherri Bragg, Clinton, IL; and Scarlet (Tim) Moll, Dunn, IL; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren with 2 great-grandchildren on the way; and sister, Nancy (Marvin) Hubbell, Maroa, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Dick Harrington, Ronnie Harrington, and Bugs Harrington; and longtime companion, Marvin “Doc” Cunningham.

Carolyn served in the US Army and was a founding member of the Clinton AmVets.  She worked at Green Oil in Clinton for over 20 years.  Carolyn enjoyed reading books and making crafts.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
