Wayne Conatser, 69, of Mansfield, IL passed away 10:08 AM, October 26, 2023 at his residence, Mansfield, IL.

Services will be 2 PM, Monday, October 30, 2023 at Calvert Funeral Home, DeLand, IL with Richard McGuire officiating.  Burial will follow at DeLand Cemetery, DeLand, IL.  Visitation will be 1 – 2 PM, Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the DeLand American Legion Post 102 or the American Heart Association.

Wayne was born June 27, 1954 in Monticello, IL the son of John S. and Ruth V. (Eheman) Conatser.  He married Linda Dresback July 8, 2017 in Monticello, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Conatser, Mansfield, IL; children:  Johnny Conatser, Bement, IL; Jennifer (Nick) Andruczyk, Monticello, IL; Tiffany Conatser, Danville, IL; Tim (Crystal) Shane, Gibson City, IL; Kris (Trish) McCarthy, Naperville, IL; Kymberly (Alex) Hosier, Champaign, IL; 23 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and brother, Marty (Sharon) Conatser, Champaign, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.

Wayne worked for Huisinga Farms and the University of Illinois Veterinary Medical School.  He enjoyed racing, Corvettes, camping, and traveling.  Wayne loved spending time with family and spoiling his grandkids.
