Denise May Whitted, 64, of Clinton, IL went to Heaven to be with Jesus and all her loving family gone before at 2:45 A.M. August 21, 2023 at Manor Court, Clinton, IL.

Services will be 4 PM, Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Ernie Harvey, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL. Visitation will be 3-4 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to Little Galilee Christian Camp.

Denise was born March 19, 1959 in Clinton, IL the daughter of Howard D. and Bernice May (Thorp) Whitted.

Survivors include her brother, Mark (Vicki) Whitted, Clinton, IL; nephews:  Damon, Jansen (Rachael), Marcus (Joanne), and Evan (Alexandra); great-nephews and great-nieces, cousins and extended family and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Denise worked at power plants in Illinois and Arizona, Mitsubishi, Bloomington, IL, and at Heartland Community College in the transcripts department.  She loved horses and her dog, Apollo.
