Teresa L. Prosser, 62, of Weldon, IL passed away 8:55 A.M. August 20, 2023 at her family residence, Weldon, IL.

Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Calvert Funeral Home, Argenta, IL. with Scott Marsh officiating. Burial will follow at Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta, IL. Visitation will be 10:00 AM-11:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the Teresa L. Prosser Memorial Fund.

Teresa was born December 19, 1960 in Decatur, IL the daughter of Norman R. and Linda M. (Pope) Grider.

Survivors include her longtime companion Jeff L. Nelson, Weldon, IL; children Richard (Heather) Grider, Decatur, IL, and Jeremy (Sarah) Stoneburner Plymouth, IN; eight grandchildren; and siblings Terry L. (Debbie) Grider, Oreana, IL, and Betty (Jim) Lane, Oreana, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Billy Dean Grider, and one grandson Wyatt Stoneburner.

Teresa worked at Heinkels Packaging Co. in Decatur, IL for 30 years. Teresa enjoyed being in the country, listening to country music, but most importantly she loved spending time with her family.
