Roger Rossio, 63 of Clinton, IL passed away 12:38 PM July 30, 2023 in Clinton, IL.

Services will be 9:30 AM Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Ernie Harvey, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Kenney, IL. Visitation will be 5 – 7 PM Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Roger was born December 3, 1959 in Clinton, IL the son of Roger W. Rossio and Doris Jean Bush. He married Rita Kay Coppenbarger August 27, 1977 in Clinton, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Rita Kay Rossio, Clinton, IL; children, Kristi (Travis) Thrasher, DeWitt, IL and Derek (Sarah) Rossio, Clinton, IL; grandchildren, Dalton (Kaitlin) Whitted, Wapella, IL, Trenton (Emily Page) Whitted, Lincoln, IL, Piper Rossio, Clinton, IL, and one grandchild on the way.

He was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law and father-in-law.
