Vicky was born November 3, 1960 in Clinton, IL the daughter of Earl and Carol (Burris) Buchanan. She married Gary Scott October 21, 1989 in Clinton, IL.

Survivors include her children, Jason (Joyel) North, Wapella, IL; Audrie North, Shorewood, IL; Andrea North, Clinton, IL; Stephanie Phillips, Clinton, IL; and Kendall (James) Brewer, Lane, IL, grandchildren, Haidyn North; Kylie North; Alyvia North; Kaylee Ford; Kenzy Ford; Konnar Bush; Hailey Johnson; Alyson Johnson; Savannah Phillips; Landen Phillips; Zeke Rose; Isaiah Rose; and Finley Brewer, 3 great grandchildren, siblings, David (Linda) Buchanan, Clinton, IL and Adele (Steve) Linchner, Clinton, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Steve, Buddy, and Jim Buchanan.

Vicky was a very loving mother and grandmother who always put her family first.
