Jacob G. Shaw, 45, of Clinton, IL passed away at 6:33 AM, April 15, 2023 at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.

Services will be 11 AM Friday, April 21, 2023 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Pastor Nick Blacklidge officiating. Burial will follow at Lisenby Cemetery, Lane, IL. Visitation will be 5 – 7 PM Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the funeral home. 

Memorials may be directed to Jacob’s Children.

Jacob was born November 29, 1977 in Bloomington, IL the son of Steven and Dolly (Carter) Shaw.  He married Sarah Wright July 17, 1999 in DeWitt, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Shaw, Clinton, IL, parents, Steven and Dolly Shaw, DeWitt, IL, children, Alexanderia Shaw, Clinton, IL; Brooklynn Shaw, Clinton, IL; and Cassie Shaw, Clinton, IL, granddaughter, Maddison Shaw, Clinton, IL, brother, Jerry (Amy) Shaw, Bellflower, IL.

Jacob enjoyed paintball, Dungeons & Dragons, and was a big fan of Star Wars.
