Bonnie Lee Mandrell 82 of Clinton, IL passed away 2:10 A.M. April 17, 2023 at Farmer City Rehab, Farmer City, IL.

Graveside Services will be 11 AM, Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Texas Township Cemetery, Clinton, IL with Rev. Michael Taylor officiating. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Camp Rhythm St. Louis Children’s Hospital or Ronald McDonald House, St. Louis, MO.

Bonnie was born December 5, 1940 in Argenta, IL the daughter of Cecil and Helen (Beery) Clifton. She married Carl Dean Mandrell January 23, 1961 in Clinton, IL.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Dean Mandrell, Clinton, IL; children, Jody Anne (Stan) Covey, Clinton, IL; Terri Lee (Jerry) Bristow, Clinton, IL; four grandchildren:  Javan, Shelby (Barry), Paul, and Jaimie (Josh); four great-grandchildren:  Kharsen, Kharter, Kharlie, and Lexi; sister, Cecelia (Mark) Buckner, Rockford, IL; and nephews, Josh Buckner and Nick Buckner.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents. 

Bonnie was a lifelong servant of God at the First Church of the Nazarene in Clinton.
