Shirley Darlene Lash, 70, of Clinton, IL passed away at 2:26 PM, February 6, 2023 at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL.

Services will be 11 AM, Friday, February 10, 2023 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Pastor Darrell Howard officiating.  Burial will follow at South Macon Twp. Cemetery, Macon, IL.  Visitation will be 10 – 11 AM, Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial may be directed to Make-A-Wish Foundation or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Shirley was born June 6, 1952 in Shelbyville, IL the daughter of Clarence and Mary Lenora (Coldwell) Donaldson.  She married Kenneth J. Lash May 1971 in Macon, IL.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth J. Lash, Clinton, IL; siblings:  Dean Donaldson, Mt. Zion, IL; Robert (Lana) Donaldson, Wisconsin; Mary (Russell) Lash, Macon, IL; Rosalie (Jim) Sommers, Mt. Zion, IL; and Jeannine (Charles) Niebrugge, Decatur, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and four sisters.

Shirley worked at Walmart in Clinton, IL for 20 years.
