Scott Alan Mason, 54 of Clinton, IL passed away 11:02 AM September 9, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, IL.

A celebration of life will be 12 Noon, September 17, 2022 at the Lake View Shelter in Weldon Springs State Park, Clinton, IL Scott Marsh officiating. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home with cremation rites.

Scott was born September 29, 1967 in Joliet, IL the son of Michael “Bill” Mason and Laura (Glasgow) Blaesing. He married Amy Watts November 14, 1998 in Sheldon, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Amy Mason, Clinton, IL, daughter, Sierra Lynn Mason, Clinton, IL, brother, Michael (Marcia) Mason, Channahon, IL, sister, Leslie Wegner, Sugar Grove, IL, mother and father-in-law, Mary and Jenner Watts, Dexter, MO, brother-in-law, Matthew (Christy) Watts, Bloomfield, MO, along with 6 nieces and 2 nephews.

He was preceded in death by mother, Laura Blaesing in 1998.

Scott enjoyed and was very talented at woodworking and diamondworking. He was an avid Chicago Bears Fan and loved spending time with his family.
