Kathy S. Clifton, 65, of Clinton, IL passed away August 21, 2022 at 11:18 AM at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL.

Private Family Graveside Services will be held. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to Encore Thrift Store or Boys Club.

Kathy was born April 17, 1957 in Clinton, IL the daughter of Clarence and Janice (Green) Matthews.

Survivors include her children, Phillip Matthew Johnson, Clinton, IL, Bradly Andrew Johnson, Wapella, IL, and Jacqueline Ann Jones, Mahomet, IL; nine grandchildren; one sister, Ann Powers, Clinton, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and one brother Kent D. Matthews.

Kathy loved to garden, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, playing cards, fishing and boating; but most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Kathy will be missed by all who knew her.
