Wilma M. Buraglio, 95, of Clinton, IL passed away at 4:10 PM, August 13, 2021, at The Warner Hospital and Health Services, Clinton, IL.

 

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM, Saturday, August 21, 2021 at St. John’s Catholic Church, Clinton, IL with Rev. Fr. James Henning, celebrant.  Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL. Visitation will be 9:30 – 11 AM, Saturday at the church.

Wilma was born May 20, 1926, in Clinton, IL the daughter of Henry and Nina (Linderman) Matthews.  She married Sero Felix “Sonny” Buraglio on May 20, 1943, in Rantoul, IL.  He passed away April 11, 1997.

 

Survivors include her children:  Victor (Bonnie) Buraglio, Champaign, IL; Dennis (Jean) Buraglio, Clinton, IL; and Susie Alexander, Clinton, IL; seven grandsons:  Mark Buraglio; Jeff (Kim) Buraglio; Nick (Rebecca) Buraglio; Tony (Nicole) Buraglio; Michael (Ela) Buraglio; Brian Alexander; and Justin (Tori) Alexander; five great-grandsons; and three great-granddaughters.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven Buraglio; two brothers and eight sisters; and grandson, Christopher A. Buraglio.

 

Wilma worked at Sud’s Center Laundromat in Clinton, IL.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
