Shane Isaac Senters Baldis, 46 of Weldon, IL passed away 4:35 A.M. July 19, 2021, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL.

 

Visitation will be 1 – 3 PM Friday, July 30, 2021, at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL. Cremation rites will be accorded.

 

Memorials may be directed to Shane Senters Memorial Fund.

 

Shane was born August 7, 1974, in Normal, IL the son of Franklin Senters and Susan Ann Anderson. He was legally adopted by Carlyle Baldis.  Shane had one daughter and she preceded him in death, Kyleigh Elizabeth Hamm.

 

Survivors include his mother, Susan Baldis, Weldon, IL; siblings, Angela Dawn (Kenneth) Cardwell, Clinton, IL; Thomas Eugene Ishmael, Farmer City, IL; Franklin Reginald Senters, Weldon, IL; Kim Hettinger, Waynesville, IL; Jeff Senters, Oak Ridge, OR; Regina Senters, Flora, IL; Constance Marie (Joe) Keppner, Molalla, OR; Jamie (Maria) Farmer, Flora, IL; Nicole Keller, Flora, IL; Michelle Powell, Flora, IL; Tasha Rosenburg, Flora, IL; Steven Powell, Flora, IL; Gale (Doug) Browning, Flora, IL; Jennifer Dennis, Louisville, IL, step children he raised, Katrina and Slater Reeves; and multiple nieces and nephews.

 

Shane was a 1993 Wapella High School Wildcat graduate and attended the ITT Technical Institute of Indianapolis.

 

He loved to make people laugh and fish. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Illini, Packers, and Cubs fan.  Shane identified himself with Native American Culture.
