Carol Kay Henderson, 78 of Maroa, IL passed away 2:15 P.M. March 17, 2020, at St. Clara’s Manor, Lincoln, IL.

 

Graveside services will be 11 AM Friday, March 20, 2020, at Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta, IL. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with arrangements.

 

Memorials may be directed to Carol Henderson Memorial Fund.

 

Carol was born November 29, 1941, in Shobonier, IL the daughter of Charles and Pauline (Kagy) Klukis. She married Derald Henderson. He preceded her in death along with her parents, 3 brothers, and 1 grandson.

 

 

Survivors include her children, Paula Barry, Decatur, IL; Lola Dianne (Gregory) Peck, Murrieta, CA; David M. Cotner, FL, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

 

Carol worked for the United States Postal Service and retired from St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL.
