Dorothy Janis (Huffman) DeVisser 92 of Clinton, Illinois passed away 5:05 A.M. September 22, 2019 at Generations at McKinley Court, Decatur, Il.

Services will be 7 P.M. Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3955 Lourdes Drive, Decatur, Il. with Bishop Mark Tonelli officiating. Private family graveside services will be Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Monticello Township Cemetery, Monticello, Il. Visitation will be 6 – 7 P.M. Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Decatur, Il.  The family has entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Il. with arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Perpetual Education Fund.

Dorothy was born December 25, 1926 in Clinton, Il. the daughter of Charles A. and Ruth E. (Smith) Huffman. She married Christian DeVisser June 19, 1964 in Salt Lake Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah. He passed away October 9, 2011.

Survivors include her Brother-in-Law, Colonel Emerson Loveland, South Jordan, Utah and several Nieces and Nephews.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her Parents and Sisters, Helen Loveland, Doris Huffman Barber and Brother, Paul Randall Huffman.

Dorothy was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Decatur, Il.
