Justin Daniel Short, 43, of Linwood, Kansas formerly of Clinton, IL passed away on Friday, April 12, 2019 at his family residence.  Services were held on Saturday, April 20 at St. Martin in the Field Episcopal Church, Edwardsville, KS.

Justin was born on November 28, 1975 in Decatur, IL to Kenneth R. and Shirley M (Doty) Short.  He married Christina Soeder October 24, 2009 in Kenney, IL.

Justin is survived by his wife Christina, mother Shirley and two sons Blaine of Indiana and Gage of Illinois as well as stepchildren John, Rebecca and Tara of Kansas.  He is also survived by two grandsons Hunter and Cooper of Kansas.  His sister Denise (Chad) Mayes, two nieces and one nephew survive in Bloomington, IL.

Justin was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth.

Justin was employed by Brill-CSM Bakery Solutions in Bonner Springs, Kansas.  Justin was much loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
