Richard L. “Rick” Johnson, 63, of Bloomington, Illinois, formerly of

Le Roy, Illinois, passed away at 7:08 P.M. Saturday, February 9, 2019, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

Information for a memorial service will be released at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family, care of Jared Johnson.

Mr. Johnson was born January 17, 1956, in Bloomington, Illinois, to Ival Dean and Noritta Mae Towner Johnson.

He is survived by his son, Jared C. (Elizabeth) Johnson of Downs, Illinois; three grandchildren, Preston, Trevor and Ella all of Downs, Illinois; three brothers, Steve (Becky) Johnson of Columbia, Missouri, Mark (Michelle) Johnson of Le Roy, Illinois, and Scott (Linda) Johnson of Jacksonville, Florida.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents.
