Ed Moreland, 60, of LeRoy, passed away to meet his Lord on Wednesday (Nov. 14, 2018) at LeRoy Manor.

Ed was born Jan. 3, 1958, in Bloomington, to Bud and Joyce Moreland.

Ed started his truck driving career at the age of 18. His family was very important to him. He also enjoyed helping out his neighbors, fishing and hunting. Ed was a member of LeRoy Christian Church.

He is survived by his parents; his two sons, Jason, Canton; and Jesse, New Orleans, La.; one daughter, Rachel, Decatur; sister, Cathy (David) Strange, Greenwood, Ind.; brothers, Steve (Vicki) Moreland, LeRoy; Kevin (Anettte) Moreland, Maricopa, Ariz. Ed had three nieces; three great-nieces; two nephews; three great-nephews; and three granddaughters, Kyliegh, Katelynn and Kinlee.

His memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at LeRoy Christian Church. Visitation will be before service from 2 to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LeRoy Christian Church.
