Marsha Lynn (Williamson) Barnes 65 of Clinton, Il. passed away 1:10 A.M. November 8, 2018 at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal, Il.

 

Services will be 10 AM Monday, November 12, 2018 at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Rev. Darren Barnhill officiating. Visitation will be 4 – 6 PM Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the funeral home.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to her Grandsons, Oliver and Isaac’s education fund.

 

Marsha was born February 24, 1953 in Grinnell, Iowa the daughter of the late Vernon and Vera (Freese) Williamson. She married Bernard D. Gaherty September 9, 1972 in Wapella, Il. She later married Joe Barnes June 2, 2018 in Clinton, Il.

 

Survivors include her Husband, Joe Barnes, Clinton, Il..; Daughters, Amy (Ben) Reed, Clinton, Il.; Jamie Gaherty, Normal, Il.; Grandsons, Oliver Reed, Clinton, Il.; Isaac Sorrell, Normal, Il. Several Nieces.

 

Marsha was preceded in death by her Parents, 2 Brothers, 2 Sisters and Nephew, Scott Williamson.

 

Marsha was a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church. She had worked for Verizon, Bloomington, Il. retiring in 2003 after 33 years of service. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending every moment with them.
