Georgia Kay Clark (nee Shifflet), of Bourbonnais, and formerly of Lemont, Shorewood and Joliet, was raised in Waynesville. She passed away Aug. 17, 2018, in Bourbonnais.

 

Georgia was the daughter of George and Marilyn Shifflet (nee Huffer), both originally of Waynesville. Georgia Kay Shifflet was born July 31, 1945, in Lincoln. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents and grandparents.

 

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Clark, Bourbonnais, and three children, Christopher Clark (Barbara), Kimberly Deshazo (Benjamin), of Joliet, and Jonathan Clark of Bourbonnais. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

 

A brief committal service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Evergreen Cemetery in Waynesville, where Georgia will be laid to rest among her beloved family members, her parents and grandparents.
