Betty Jane Conley, 95, of Cerro Gordo, IL, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 surrounded by her family, just the way she wanted!  Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, Friday, July 20, at Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home in Cerro Gordo, IL. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, July 21, at the Cerro Gordo Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Cerro Gordo American Legion. 

 

Betty was born October 16, 1922 the daughter of Charles & Eunice Cox.  She is a graduate of Cerro Gordo High School.  She married William Delbert Conley on November 20, 1940.  He preceded her in death on August 29, 2008.  Betty Jane ran a beauty shop in her home for several years. 

 

Betty Jane is survived by two sons; Ronald and David Conley of Georgia; four grandchildren; Lori Marmion of Bloomington, IL, Eric Conley of Cerro Gordo IL, Kara Peterka of Mahomet IL, and Chaz Conley Tucker GA; and 5 great-grandchildren. 

 

Betty Jane was preceded in death by her parents, and twin sons Gene and Dean.
