Linda S. Budas 68 of Gays, Illinois passed away 4:00 AM April 30, 2018 at her family residence, Gays, Illinois.

 

A Celebration of Her Life will be Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 12 Noon to 6 PM at the Peninsula Day Use Area, 5419 Overlook Point Rd. Clinton, Il. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Il. with cremation rites.

 

Memorials may be directed to the Sarah Bush Lincoln Regional Cancer Center, Mattoon, IL.

 

Linda was born July 12, 1949 in Gillett, AR the daughter of Odis and Cordelia (Phillips) Buggar.   She married Timothy M. Budas February 15, 1997 in Bartlett, TN.

 

Survivors include her husband, Timothy M. Budas, Gays, IL; children:  Rich (Sharon) Henson, Clinton, IL; Sara (Mack) King, Clinton, IL; Melissa (Jonathon) Estep, Marshall, MI; and Timothy J. (Judy) Budas, Coldwater, MI; 13 grandchildren; siblings:  David (Carole) Buggar, Mattoon, IL; J. R. (Pam) Buggar, Downs, IL; Melvin (Sharon) Buggar, Kenney, IL; and Mary Ann (Wally) Carlson, Midway, AR.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother, Roger; and 1 infant sister, Edna Faye Buggar.

 

Linda loved motorcycles, traveling, and gardening.  She especially loved her grandchildren.
