Virginia Ann Clark

 Virginia Ann Clark, 83, of Bement, IL., passed away at 12:02 A.M., on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at the Villas of Hollybrook, Monticello, Illinois.
 
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Monday, June 11, 2018, at the Bement United Methodist Church, Bement, IL. Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., on Sunday, June 10, 2018, also at the Bement United Methodist Church. The Pastor Amos Dillman will officiate. Burial will be in the Bement Township Cemetery, Bement, IL. Memorial contributions can be made to the Bement United Methodist Church.
 
Ann was born on September 17, 1934, in Monticello, IL., a daughter of Glenn W. and Velna Wolfe Heckman. She married Robert D. Clark on August 14, 1955, in Monticello, IL., and he passed away on July 28, 2015. Surviving is 3 sons; Mark Clark of Monticello, IL., John (Becky) Clark of Monticello, IL. and Dave Clark of Bement, IL. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren; Jordan (Eric) Brunner, Mitchel and Michael Clark, Lindsey (Derek) Conner, Tracy (Kris) Ehler, Becky Headley, Lisa (Brian) Arnold, Monica and Sara Naegle, as well as great-grandchildren; David Durbin, Peyton Scott, Blakely and Brecken Conner, and Adam Brunner. Other survivors include her siblings; Carol (Harry) Porter of Bement, Nancy (Dave) Wood of DeKalb, IL., and Danny Heckman of White Heath, IL., as well as 2 half-sisters; Mary Della Clark of Monticello, IL., and Elizabeth (Dave) Henneberry of West Grove, P.A., as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, twin daughters; Susan and Sandra Clark, brother; Glenn W. Heckman, Jr., 2 sisters; Melba Summers and Judith Nelson.
 
Ann was a member of the Bement United Methodist Church, Bement Women's Club, Bunco Club, She was on the Bement Library Board, Luncheon group of the Monticello High School Class of 1952, and more than anything Ann loved preparing for many years the funeral luncheons for family's after their services.
