James “Jamie” Darren Polen 45 of Clinton, Il. passed away 12:30 PM June 2, 2018 at his residence, Clinton, Il.

 

Private Family Graveside will be 1:00 pm Friday Polen Cemetery Rural DeWitt, Illinois.

Visitation will 1-3 pm Wednesday at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Il.

 

Memorials may be directed to Jamie Polen Memorial Fund.

 

Jamie was born January 23, 1973 in Clinton, Il. the son of James Darrell and Zelma Jean (Thrasher) Polen.

 

Survivors include his long term companion, Janie Wyatt, Clinton, Il.; Father Jim (Judy) Polen of Clinton: Children, Christopher and Savanah Polen both of Pontiac, Il. Grandson, Noah James Ashmus of Pontiac, Il.; Siblings, Bridget Polen of Indiana; Kandi Anderson of Lincoln, Il.; Mark (Kerri) Polen of Clinton and Ronald (Amber) Polen of Clinton, Il.

 

Also surviving is his faithful friend Charlie.

 

He was preceded his Mother and Grandson Gabriel Ashmus.
