Eric Jaxon Koshinski, an infant son, passed away 9:39 AM April 11, 2018, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL.

 

Services will be 10 AM Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Scott Marsh officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL. Visitation will be 4 – 7 PM Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at the funeral home.

Eric was born April 11, 2018, in Peoria, IL the son of Eric Dalton Koshinski and Katie Marie Powers.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents: Herman and Brownie Powers, William Green Taylor and paternal great-grandparents: Jean Daniels and Herb Koshinski.
