Stephen Ronald Hines, 53, of Forsyth, IL died Tuesday, April 10, 2018, with his family by his side.

 

Stephen was born May 22, 1964 in Fort Worth, TX, the son of Ronald Stephen and Janet (Andrews) Hines. He worked as a sheet metal worker for Local 218. During his leisure he liked to have his coffee at Diamonds. He enjoyed hunting and was a strong volunteer for Good Samaritan and Love Packages. He was also a sound room technician volunteer for Resurrection Life.

 

Surviving are Stacey Wenskunas (significant other) of Forsyth; sons, Zackary Hines of Decatur, Austin Hines of Decatur; daughters-in heart, Jenessa Wenskunas, Savannah Dodd – Sharp; brother, Randy Hines of Decatur, Andy Hines of Decatur, Tony Hines of Maroa and step-mother, Irene Hines of Decatur; step-brothers Mike Mason of Decatur, Jason Mason of Vandalia, IL; step-sisters, Vee Arendall (David) of Tennessee, Marilyn Rosenthal (Larry) of Decatur and Teresa Mason (Lawerence) of Decatur.

 

Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, April 16, 2018 at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Casual attire requested.

 

Burial will be at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.
