Reva J. Jones 77 of Clinton, IL passed away 7:06 PM April 8, 2018, at Manor Court, Clinton, Il.

 

Services will be 2 PM Thursday, April 12, 2018, at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Jim Kilson officiating. Burial will follow at DeWitt Cemetery, DeWitt, IL. Visitation will be 1 – 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

 

Memorials may be directed to Lane Christian Church.

 

Reva was born February 17, 1941, in Clinton, IL the daughter of Roy Everett and Ruth Josephine (Nelson) Carter. She married Delbert L. Jones April 18, 1959.

 

Survivors include her husband: Delbert L. Jones, DeWitt, IL; children: Gary (Deana) Jones, Pittsfield, IL, and Corina Shaw, Clinton, IL; grandchildren: Jason (Dawn) Jones, Plattsmouth, NE, and Ryan Jones, Bellevue, NE; 4 great-grandchildren; brother: Roy Dean (Beverly) Carter, DeLand, IL. 

 

Reva was preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Trena Joann Jones, brother: Lloyd Carter and sister: Carolyn Miller.

 

Reva was a member of the Lane Christian Church. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, and card making and decorating for church functions.
