Daniel Wayne Stephens, a 5-week old infant son of Dante Labbe and Alisha Stephens, passed away at 10:57 AM, March 17, 2018, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois.

 

Services will be 11 AM, Friday, March 23, 2018, at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Pastor Dan Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL. Visitation will be 10 – 11 AM, Friday at the funeral home.

 

Memorials may be directed to the Daniel Wayne Stephens Memorial Fund.

 

Daniel was born February 4, 2018, in Peoria, IL the son of Dante Labbe and Alisha Stephens.

 

Survivors include his parents, Dante Labbe and Alisha Stephens, Clinton, IL; twin brother, Harrison Pierce Stephens, Clinton, IL; maternal grandparents, Becky and Shannon Boehl, Clinton, IL; uncles and aunts: John Stephens, Clinton, IL, Eric (Amber) Walston, Clinton, IL, Jennifer Adams, Heyworth, IL.

 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Daniel Wayne Stephens; aunt, Sandra Walston; great-grandparents, Evelyn and James Stephens; four cousins: Brandon LaCroix; Jacob Stephens; Alex Nichols; and William Adams.
