Donita A. Buchanan, 67, of DeWitt, IL passed away 8:30 P.M. February 7, 2018, at the Generations at Lincoln Rehabilitation, Lincoln, IL.

 

Private graveside services will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Kenney, IL. There will be no visitation. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with arrangements.

 

Memorials may be directed to the Donita Buchanan Memorial Fund.

 

Donita was born August 5, 1950, in Clinton, IL the daughter of Donald and Shirley (Henson) Rousey. She married Stephen R. Buchanan November 18, 1966, in Kenney, IL.

 

Survivors include her husband: Stephen R. Buchanan, DeWitt, IL; daughters: Melissa (Heath) Peek, Clinton, IL and Kimberly (Michael) Alwood, Springfield, IL; 5 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, and 1 great-grandson.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents.
