Lois Lucille Bowles, 88, of Mt. Pulaski passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018, in Lawndale, IL.

Lois was born on August 29, 1929, in Mt. Pulaski, IL. the daughter of Arie and Madge (Gilbert) Deibert. She married Weldon “Willie” Bowles on February 28, 1948, in Mt. Pulaski, IL. he preceded her in death on April 17, 1996.

 

Lois is survived by her children, Larry (Sandy) Bowles, Randy (Deborah) Bowles, Janet (David) Naugle, and daughter-in-law, Gloria Bowles; her brother, Darold (Janet) Deibert; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

 

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one son, Ronald.

Lois was a member of Mt. Pulaski Christian Church. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

Services for Lois will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mt. Pulaski. with Casey McCormick officiating. Visitation will take place two hours prior to the service (9:00-11: 00 a.m.) on Thursday, January 25, 2018, also at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in Lois’ name to Mt. Pulaski Christian Church.
