Annabelle Fisher 98 of DeLand, IL passed away 3:38 P.M. January 17, 2018, at Villas Of Holly Brook, Monticello, IL.

 

Services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the Calvert Funeral Home, DeLand, IL with Steve Ingram and Pastor Steve Brady officiating. Burial will follow at DeLand Cemetery, DeLand, IL. Visitation will be 10 – 11 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.

 

Memorials may be directed to Harbor Light Hospice.

 

Annabelle was born July 5, 1919, in Piatt County, IL the daughter of Charles and Jessie (Mitchell) Manning. She married David O. Fisher December 21, 1940, in DeLand, IL. He passed away June 11, 1985.

 

Survivors include her children: Norman (Louann) Fisher, Savoy, IL, Mark (Pam) Fisher, Springfield, IL; daughter-in-law: Jody Fisher, Monticello, IL; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son: Ronald, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

 

Annabelle collected owls, loved gardening, scrapbooking, and music. She played the organ, piano, and guitar. In 1995 she was voted “Fan Of The Year” by ICMA.
