Alice Eleanor Mayall 98 of Clinton, Illinois passed away 10:38 PM December 20, 2017, at Fair Havens Christian Village, Decatur, Illinois.

 

Services will be 11 AM Saturday, December 23, 2017, at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Illinois with Scott Marsh officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Cemetery, Maroa, Il. Visitation will be 5 – 7 PM, Friday, December 22, 2017, at the funeral home.

 

Memorials may be directed to the Special Olympics.

 

Alice was born July 1, 1919, in Maroa, IL the daughter of Walter and Edith (Boyer) Hastings. She married Ralph P. Mayall July 5, 1941, in New London, Missouri. He passed away January 29, 2009.

 

Survivors include her son, Phillip R. (Sharon) Mayall, of California; 3 grandchildren, Silas (Kelli) Mayall, Zachary Mayall, and Katherine (Scott) Wagner. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son, Robert, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.

 

Alice was a volunteer for the physically and mentally disabled. She was a member of the Texas Christian Church where she played the organ.
