Bradley E. Anderson 68 of Wapella, IL passed away 8:31 AM August 29, 2017 at his family residence, Wapella, IL.

 

Services will be 10 AM, Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Ed Bacon officiating. Burial will follow at Hieronymus Cemetery, Armington, IL., 2 PM., Saturday. Visitation will be 5 – 7 PM, Friday, September 1, 2017 at the funeral home.

 

Memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.

 

Bradley was born June 12, 1949 in Pana, IL the son of Joseph Marion “Andy” and Mary Eileen (Daugherty) Anderson. He married Rebecca Current and later married Karen Hedrick February 21, 2001 in Florida.

 

Survivors include his wife: Karen Anderson, Wapella, IL; children: Joseph W. (Angela R.) Anderson, St. Louis, MO and Jason E. (Da-Niel M.) Anderson, Stonington, IL; step-children: Kris Hedrick, Clinton, IL and Brooklyn Hoyt, Clinton, IL; eight grandchildren; siblings: Joseph G. (Sylvia) Anderson, Bloomington,

IL; Margaret (Dave) Handyside, Watertown, WI; Cheryl (Joel) Miller, St. Louis, MO; and Richard “Andy” (Chris) Anderson, Dewey, IL.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

 

Bradley was a retired Brick Mason. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, Clinton, Il. He enjoyed golfing, woodworking, and sports with his children.
