Merribeth Koyak 69 of Clinton, IL and Naples, FL passed away 11:35 AM July 17, 2017 at her family residence, Clinton, IL.

 

Private Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. John’s Catholic Church, Clinton, IL with Rev. Fr. James Henning, Celebrant. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with arrangements.

Merribeth was born September 27, 1947 in Peru, IL the daughter of Carl James and Hazel (Schmoeger) Ross. She married Peter G. Koyak, III December 16, 1967 in Notre Dame, IN.

 

Survivors include her husband: Peter G. Koyak, III Clinton, IL and Naples, FL; children: Peter G. (Renee`) Koyak, IV, Clinton, IL, Karissa (Donald, Jr.) West, Clinton, IL; grandchildren: Victoria Wilson, Maddison Koyak, and Miley Koyak.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister: Sharlene Musial.

 

Merribeth was a registered nurse, graduating from the Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing. She was also a former bookkeeper for Fourwinds RV, Maroa, IL.
