Tommy Pruett, 17, of LeRoy, Illinois, passed away at 8:26 P.M., Monday, July 17, 2017 at home.

 

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 7:00 P.M., Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the LeRoy Christian Church, LeRoy, Illinois. His funeral service will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, July 24, 2017 at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jim and Trudy Maloof St. Jude Midwest Affiliate, 530 NE Glen Oak Peoria, IL 61637. Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, LeRoy, Illinois is handling the arrangements.

 

Tommy was born October 16, 1999, in Urbana, Illinois, a son of Joseph M. and Dawn M. Bagwell Pruett. They survive.

 

Surviving are one sister, Amanda M. (Joshua) Casey, LeRoy, Illinois; maternal grandparents, Robert (Katherine) Bagwell, LeRoy, Illinois; paternal grandparents, Duane (Lanet) Pruett, Mahomet, Illinois.

 

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Carol Pruett and his maternal and paternal great-grandparents.

 

Tommy was a member of the Shiloh United Methodist Church, the LeRoy High School Football Team, and the LeRoy High School Wrestling Team.
