Edna L. Stine 89 of Clinton, Il. passed away 11:25 PM June 30, 2017 at Manor Court, Clinton, Il.

 

A Celebration of Edna’s Life will be 6 PM, Thursday, July 6, 2017 at New Beginnings Church of God, 814 Jersey Ave., Normal, IL with Pastor Aaron Stine, grandson, officiating.  Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL assisted the family with cremation rites.

 

Memorials may be directed to the New Beginnings Church of God, Normal, IL.

 

Edna was born July 11, 1927 in Bloomington, IL the daughter of Frank and Leila Dell (Quiggins) Probus. She married Leland D. Stine May 3, 1947 in Bloomington, Il.

 

Survivors include her husband, Leland D. Stine, Clinton, IL; children:  Larry (Julie) Stine, Kappa, IL; Sandra (Roger) Griffith, Clinton, IL; and Steven (Gina) Stine, Chicago, IL; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters:  Goldie Shickle, Bloomington, IL and Charlotte Moews, Normal, IL.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 1 great-great-grandson.

 

Edna loved her church and her family.
